    This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers To view it, click here I received a free copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.WATCH OUT FOR SPOILERS How can I be the first person to post a review How Lately, I ve been wanting to get out of my element when it comes to reading listening to my usual genres So, I ve been on the lookout for something different, and ding, ding Here it was This was such an emotional journey for me as the reader I felt so attached to Cole and wanted to help him out of his crappy situation It was horrible, but in a I received a free copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.WATCH OUT FOR SPOILERS How can I be the first person to post a review How Lately, I ve been wanting to get out of my element when it comes to reading listening to my usual genres So, I ve been on the lookout for something different, and ding, ding Here it was This was such an emotional journey for me as the reader I felt so attached to Cole and wanted to help him out of his crappy situation It was horrible, but in a good way, learning what all he had been through, finding out that his mother knew the whole time, and then smiling at the end when she disappeared I really had hoped that she would have died somehow I guess disappearing was better than nothing This was a sad, pull you in and hold you tightly in suspense, fast paced story I loved it I wasn t sure about the narrator in the beginning, but overall, I think she did a great job She helped add in this extra innocence to Cole that really pulled the heartstrings when she spoke for his character.Questions Comments I didn t understand how Cole s mother could have been so stupid that even after seeing something she knew wasn t right her father having sex with her brother , she still went ahead and believed that her brother was a homosexual and her father was only helping him I guess you have to be in that situationuntil then you won t know how you ll act Maybe Why didn t she try to kill her father Like even as an old man, she could have pushed him down the stairs, but she doesn t do anything Instead, she allows her father to continue raping Cole, knowing what he was doing I think the worst part for me when Cole s mother tried to blame Cole Wow When Jared s body is found, it s described as being some bones in clothing How would he have been bones already given only a couple of months at most had passed

    Divulgence was a good read by Christine Copper Cole is fifteen years old and does his best to hide his secrets He has been abused for six years by his grandfather After Cole is hurt and he finds out that one of his parents knew about the abuse He will stop at nothing for them to confess their secret, even make them believe his life is in jeopardy I thought this was a great read and I can t wait to readby Christine Copper.

    This is some serious subject matter And the pedophile isn t even the most despicable character in the book Quite sad and upsetting but with an uplifting outcome I requested an audio version of this book for free in return for an honest review As far as the audible goes, I thought the narrator was a little monotone but I got used to her voice.
