Lost ParadiseSarelle has her hands full at the beginning of the novel She has to keep three men happy and finally comes to the conclusion that’s a lot to handle In her fantasy world it seemed so much better The title of the book wraps up how she feels about her lifelost paradise She’s also pregnant adding to her stress Finding a way out is easier said than done Vampires tend to get their wayI think Elle Sar’s nine year old daughter has become my favorite character She is the moral compass of this paranormal romance She states what she sees and how she sees it speaking for the reader I hope there’s of her in future books She may be the one to get Sarelle back on track Sar’s still juggling her three men in this book Add one for good measure to Elle’s horror Sarelle explains it away saying The Lust has taken over again during her pregnancy I don’t think Elle’s buying it even if she says she doesMy only criticism of the book is that Sarelle’s thoughts should be in the present tense not the past Italicized words mean someone’s thinking to themselves These all stayed in the past tense like the rest of the bookOther than that minor detail the Promise Me series continues its rollercoaster ride If you haven’t read the rest of the series don’t worry I think this book is a fine stand alone Readers are given enough information to enjoy the story lineSarelle is much stronger in Lost Paradise than the last two books She finally stands up for herself Good for her There is strong sexual content in this book

I really need to read the next book to make myself feel better about how it's ending I loved this except the endings While Sar already has enough men to keep her hands and bed full it's so disappointing that after all that time getting to know Lash and who he truly is and how much they have in common and how enjoyable the time spent was Sar doesn't even make any efforts to be friends or keep in touch with him Seriously like he doesn't have feelings and she knew he had fallen for her but oh well she no longer needs him for anything Besides Danial Lash seemed to be the most considerate and orgasmic lover she's hadLastly while yes Devlin did lie a few times and shouldn't have made promises he knew he couldn't keep for long and is still working on being in an actual relationship again It seems very one sided Yes she promised to be with all three to make them all happy and because she has feelings for all but they all are supposed to be happy with the schedule of once or twice a week attention sometimes less also while knowing she's with another of them while gone but yet when one needs and gets it it's ok that she is so upset that she shuts him out completely Even in the their supernatural lives that doesn't make sense

Tara opens Lost Paradise with a little drama and moves us into action before slowing it down for little while This roller coaster ride continues throughout the book and The Lust is very active in this PM story After reading a couple of PM books in the beginning I wanted to see this on the movie screen Now I definitely want to see this on the big screen I must say the ending of LP left me a little disappointed and I'm very intrigued to read the next book in the PM series Very patiently waiting Ms Hall

One of the darkest of the Promise Me Series novels if not the darkest of all in the series including the as yet unpublished ones
