    I believe I am becoming a Boyne fan His observations are well thought out and oftentimes quite funny Unlike some commentary writers, Boyne is not raging at the universe, but rather finding his place in it.

    A to Z Alphabet Reading Challenge X So, David Boyne has failed at everything he has ever tried, including drawing me into his rambling essays on life I m glad this was only a short little read of 79 pages.He was evidently a shifter, moving from here to there until he felt like he maybe burned all bridges and created chaos where he was living So, one day he and his dog picked up and headed for California When his car broke down, he happened upon a stranger who gave him his old m A to Z Alphabet Reading Challenge X So, David Boyne has failed at everything he has ever tried, including drawing me into his rambling essays on life I m glad this was only a short little read of 79 pages.He was evidently a shifter, moving from here to there until he felt like he maybe burned all bridges and created chaos where he was living So, one day he and his dog picked up and headed for California When his car broke down, he happened upon a stranger who gave him his old map of San Diego so he could find his way around The stranger was a corpse carrier and had this old map all marked with a bunch of X s where he had picked up dead bodies to bring to the morgue At one point, David believed that maybe all the answers to his life would come when he finally would become an X himself After experimenting with different jobs and places, he has come to the conclusion that he likes writing as a hobby, and he writes to make meaning out of life I can understand this, but maybe he should keep a journal or blog, instead, because this is exactly what it read like.It s almost like he was trying to talk his own self into just being happy Accept what life throws at you, or doesn t throw at you, and then just go have lunch and forget about it
